Our upgraded Nozzle Assembly by Mosmatic is great for quickly connecting to your spray gun and lance. Made entirely from stainless steel, it not only looks nice and feels nice, but you can rely on the high quality manufacturing that Mosmatic are world renowned for, in setting the standard in their design and performance. The 25° / 40° fan tips offer you great coverage when cleaning your vehicle and it is a quick and easy solution when switching devices from your pressure washer gun, to lance. The soft black rubber protection surround helps to prevent any accidents if you get too close to the vehicle.

We are very excited to have upgraded to this Mosmatic Nozzle Assembly from our old version and there are many upgraded differences. Mosmatic produce some of the finest iterations of components in the world using extremely high quality stainless steel.

The plastic housing contained on this Nozzle Assembly is much softer and more pliable which makes it extremely safe if you do accidentally get too close to your vehicle. The main party piece of this Nozzle Assembly is that it is one integrated unit at the centre, making it one less failure point.

The final addition to this Nozzle Nozzle Assembly is the spraying mechanism, found inside the housing. After many trials and errors, we found that this US manufactured fan pattern spray nozzle is the very best and provides the truest 25° / 40° fan pattern we have seen to date which has been carefully CNC machined to precision!

This Nozzle Assembly is compatible with the MTM Hydro SGS28 Spray Gun or Lance V3, however, if you have any other ¼” quick release stubby gun or lance outlets, it will also fit perfectly.

We have found that there is always a little confusion with our customers when it comes to the fan versus orifice sizes. The fan is a 25° / 40° angle, so no matter which orifice size you need, the fan will stay 25° / 40°.

Nozzle Assembly Orifice Size Guide

We understand that this is a tricky topic to understand, especially with so many pressure washer machines on today’s market. So, if you are not sure what orifice size you need, please either send us an email, call us, or simply write in your order notes what pressure washer make and model you have and we will ensure that you get the correct orifice size.

In short, the orifice size is determined by the pressure output (measured in PSI), and the maximum flow rate of your pressure washer machine to ensure you get the optimal flow rate and output at the tip. By choosing an orifice size which is either too small or too big, it can put extra strain on your machine and cause huge problems in the long run and even break your machine so it is very important that you choose the correct size.

For Karcher K Series (K2-K4), we recommend a 3.0 orifice, for Karcher (K5-K7) we recommend a 4.0 orifice.

Kranzle K7: 3.0
Kranzle K10: 4.5
Kranzle 1152 TST: 4.5
